We have also had an enquiry very local to us – Annesley – near Kirkby in Ashfield, but without seeing the actual surface it is difficult to comment accurately on the suitability. The client sent us some images but it would appear from these images that it is not a wearing course, and may be too open textured for us to work with.
However tarmac can be laid on top of concrete so it may well have a more solid surface underneath. We may get opportunity to go and have a look in the next few weeks.
