This week we have completed a job in Selston. The primary requirement being to cover a dangerous slippery imprinted concrete drive. We kid you not about the danger! The customer had had a letter from Royal Mail saying that a Health and Safety Consultant was wanting to visit to assess the access to the property as there had been reports from the Postman that in winter the surface and slope were treacherous. A harness and a rope were a consideration to get up the drive!
Our Selston client wanted a dark colour with a light border. We did recommend not having a border as the driveway was narrow. Putting in a border would visually lessen the area, however our client wanted a contrast and on selecting from our sample board the client made their choice.

The chosen granule was a dark grey bauxite with a silver grey granite border detail.
The contrasting colours do compliment each other and have allowed additional areas to have standout resin bonded resurfacing for steps and a patio area as well.
